Shamanism is the oldest spiritual system on the earth predating the earliest recorded civilizations by thousands of years. It is still practiced in the traditional sense by all indigenous peoples, i.e. Native Americans, Australia’s aboriginals, Eskimos, Siberians, Africans, Koreans, Tibetans, etc. Shamanism is the intentional effort to develop relationships with personal helping spirits. These spirits may be evolved teachers, or animal or plant spirits. Using sound, drums, rattles, song, etc., we consciously leave ordinary reality and journey to the spirit realms. The intention is usually to receive wisdom teachings, power, and healing for ourselves and for others. Shamanism is an ancient form of spirituality that our ancestors practiced, and it reveres the earth as a living conscious entity. You may practice shamanism without becoming a shaman. It is not a religion and has no spiritual leader. We rely instead on developing our relationships with our helping spirits and seek guidance in our lives from them to help us grow and evolve, to raise our consciousness, and to be of service to our community, humanity, and the earth.

These qualities and characteristics heal you as you work with this totem animal, and they have medicine that will be beneficial to you and bring you power.
Esoteric Tarot and Soul Readings
The tarot is a language of knowledge and wisdom related to the Kabalistic Tree of Life. I will not use my gift for fortune telling, but only as a bridge and language that your soul can use to speak to you, the personality. When we are disconnected from our own soul and light, and are experiencing suffering and pain, it is very beautiful to talk to your soul and get a deeper meaning into what is happening to you. Gathering the wisdom to take the right action leads you back into harmony and healing. This work can be done long distance because on a soul level we are all one. My intention is to call in your soul and helping teachers and whatever spiritual power is available to you and to find a way to align you with this healing light.
Meditation, Healing For Higher Consciousness
I will give you a meditation technique that will help you to activate and use your ajna center where you practice integrating the soul and the personality so that higher levels of consciousness can be reached. This is a life long practice to become ensouled and to understand that you are a soul that built a personality perfectly for the job you came here to do. The thoughts, emotions, and actions of your personality come into alignment with your soul and its divine plan over time.
Flower Essences
I use the Australian Bush Flower Remedies developed by Ian White. Australian plants have evolved in isolation over the last forty five million years. The plants from which they are made enjoy a clean environment with no nuclear or chemical pollution. Many of these flowers have been used by indigenous Australian healers for thousands of years. They are powerful catalysts to help people to heal themselves. I have observed wonderful healings using this beautiful and subtle therapy.

Stone and Crystal Healing
Ancient ayurvedic texts speak of seven rays of light that shine from the creator to make the solar system. These rainbow colors nourish the planets which in turn activate the gemstones found within the earth. These stones radiate their energy and light. When worn or used in healing, the influence of the stone’s inherent healing property and color is transmitted it to you. Crystals are coherent, organized forms of matter and the color they transmit is a focused powerful vibration. Crystals affect us by way of their placement on the body, as well as through the eyes. I use the crystals or stones that are related to the ray that is the most beneficial for bringing you into harmony, balance, and healing.
Cloak of Power
We are all made up of the same elements and everything you see around you and that exists are also made up of these same elements. There are times in our lives when our vitality is lacking and we feel very disempowered and can’t seem to take the action that we need to shift into a new place in our life. A cloak of power can be very helpful at this time and will consist of specific elements and powers that will be the most beneficial to you and help you through this vulnerable time.
